~Told Comrades to "Hold The Line" and to "Defend The Colors" during intense military attack, as the Union line began to break, due to the intense hostile assault.

~Fired Several Musket Rounds. Took part in attack of hostile forces.

~Defended attacked area.

~Hit by Confederate Musket round during a retreat which resulted in the surrender of the Union Army.

~ During 1977, Lufthansa Flight 181 was high jacked by Middle East Terrorists.

All persons agree that the courage of Captain Schumann saved the passengers and crew from certain death.

Captain Schumann is shot by the Terrorists during a final heroic fatal action.
